In the frame of the promotion activities organized in China by Chile Pork to let Chinese know better about the nutritional values, safety and high quality of Chilean pork, we organized the masterclass that took place on Monday in Shanghai in which we have the special support of the Young China Committee of China Cuisine Association, which Chairman attended to the event as well as the presence of the Commercial Director of the Chilean Embassy in Shanghai, Mr. Juan José Vidal.
Top chefs from 5 star hotels and top restaurants in Shanghai had the chance to taste the delicious recipes of Chilean Pork prepared by the master chef Peter Lin.
